Why choose a Clinical Psychologist as a therapist?

Therapists today have a variety of degrees and training backgrounds.

What differentiates me from other therapists is my PhD and research background in eating disorders and college students.

My particular degree, a PhD in clinical psychology, provides my clients the highest training level of knowledge and experience with the latest research on effective treatments.

I have collaborated with the top eating disorder researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital and Duke University Medical Center and now utilize that expertise in my private practice.

As a former Division I rower at Dartmouth College, I bring a unique perspective of first-hand experience when working with college athletes.

In therapy, my clients improve their mental health, productivity, and life satisfaction during periods of stress, loss, loneliness, anxiety, and exhaustion.

Outside of my practice, I love the beach, rowing, Broadway, Taylor Swift, painting, and spending time with my husband, two young daughters, and golden retriever.

If you are looking for a therapist with the highest level of clinical training, a commitment to deeply understanding your experience, and a sense of humor and relatability, I would love to schedule an initial appointment together.

I offer online therapy to clients located in AL, AZ, AR, MP, CT, CO, DE, DC, GA, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
